Knowing how to deal with stress and emergencies is first and foremost knowing how to deal with oneself and then with others. Knowing our positive and especially our negative behaviors helps us to know how to act.
The first step is to identify our negative behaviors in order to get rid of them when we are under stress.The more aware we become of our negative behaviors and the impact they may have on others, the easier it becomes to deal with them and make them decrease. The second step is to be able to deal with others when the relationship goes wrong, knowing how to deal positively with the negative behaviors of others. |
