Develop an individualized management style
Managers often become responsible for teams that they haven't chosen. But they still have to lead these teams.
They generally know how to communicate easily with about two thirds of the members of their team. But a lot of their energy is taken up by the last third. There are different solutions available for managing these individuals: don't worry about them; confront them harshly and regularly; feel guilty about not being up to the task, etc.
When you understand the inner dynamics of each color, you will save time and energy while getting good results from everyone on your team. In this way, managers build teams of people who complement each other and increase their personal results and the results of their team.
