The certification of the train the trainer seminar
After the 4 sessions a certification is given to the attendees that have been successful to the 3 following tests
1. The animation in front of the group of one of the concepts randomly chosen.What is observed is the capacity of the attendee to master the training: Position in front of the group, interaction with the attendees, clear presentation, interest of the way he/she has chosen to present the concepts...
2. Debriefing of a Comcolors profile in front of the group. What is observed is the capacity of the attendee to understand the concepts learned throughout the training: Content linked to Comcolors, active listening, respect of the person...
3. Answering different questions related to the trainer's line of work and Comcolors: objectives, life positions, calls for tender...
Throughout the sessions the attendees are trained to be able to pass these tests. The process is only to check that the training has been understood.
Tools given to prepare the certification:
- Access to an Internet Comcolors account (an email adress is required)
- 20 free Comcolors profiles that can be used during the whole training
- Access to the trainers' "room"on the Comcolors website: exercises,reading files on profesional books, videos, and much more
