Comcolors is a communication model with many doors and many applications
ComColors is first and foremost an educationnal model that can be used in different trainings and different contexts.
The aim taht we follow is to give access to a simple model easy to understand and easy to work with.
The colours diagram helps the attendees to understand the concepts.
Colours choice:
You can link different concepts to each colour depending on what you want to highlight in your trainings :

Representing all these concepts through a colour diagram prevent categorizing people. You need to understand every colour in order to be able to explain it.

Choosing a round shape :
The round shape with its six colours is like a metaphor on the brain functioning
Our aim when choosing this round shape is to show that we all possess these six colours in ourselves as we all use all the functionnalities of our brain.This brain metaphor is a way to memorize the different elements of the personnality. Of course, the researches on the brain show a richness and a complexity far beyond the representation of our diagram. However, this metaphor gives an useful access to the bases of the Comcolors model.
The circle
The circle situated on the outside symbolises the filter through which we feel the outside world and how we communicate with this world. To each colour is associated a different communication filter.
The inner circle
The inner circle symbolises our beating heart, what helps us making our choices, taking our decisions and leading our lives the way we do.
The outside arrows.
The arrows give more information and useful indications to the persons who are about to make career choices or who would like to change their jobs.
